On October 2, 2015, Associate Professor Fujikawa (CO₂ Capture and Utilization (CCU) Division) received The Nanotechnology Prize conferred by the Institute of System, Information Technologies and Nanotechnologies (ISIT). 

The award ceremony celebrating the 20th anniversary of ISIT conferred prizes to enterprises and researchers which made significant contributions to IT and nanotechnology.
