Prof. Takeshi Tsuji and his research team has been introduced in the Japanese newspaper, Nikkei, 18th October 2021.

The article describes how the method developed by Professor Tsuji and his team, which uses a device that emits weak vibrations and an optical fiber cable installed on the sea floor to continuously monitor the status of carbon dioxide (CO2) buried underground, is useful for CO2 capture and storage (CCS), which is expected to help combat global warming, and aims to be put to practical use in CCS sites around the world.
