1. Decision to use
   Reservations for non-I²CNER members will be registered at the Administrative office.
   Once the date of use has been decided, we will contact the applicant.
2. Attendance of training
   Before using the I²CNER equipment, you have to take various trainings.
   • Web Safety Training
     All those who study / experiment at I²CNER are required to attend (first time only)
   • Training of each equipment
     Depending on the equipment you want, you may need to take training on how to operate it.

   We will inform you about the training when you apply for use.
   Please apply for the first time with plenty of time.
   If you have any questions, please contact us before applying.

3. Use
   Before and after use, please fill in the usage book provided on the equipment.

If you have any changes or cancellations, please contact us immediately.
Please note that the usage fee will be collected for which cancellation has not been notified.

（KU users）
Expenses will be transferred at the end of each month.
For use with competitive funds, please follow the usage rules.
However in March, available budgets are restricted. Please confirm the office before your measurement.

（Other users）
We will send you an invoice the following month.
Bank Transfer fee shall be paid by you.
Delinquent charge when the payment is overdue is 5% of the amount billed per year.

When you acknowledge the announcement of the results of using the I²CNER common equipment, please state as follows.
