<Kudos> Prof. Takeshi Tsuji will receive the IUGG Early Career Scientist Award

I2CNER’s young scientists proudly continue to garner prestigious awards.

On Nov. 5 2018, it was announced that Prof. Takeshi Tsuji (Lead Principal Investigator, CO2 Storage Division)  will receive the “Early Career Scientist Award” from the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG).

The IUGG Early Career Scientist Award is bestowed to up to 10 individuals every 4 years.

This award is for promising young researchers in the Aeronomy, Seismology, Hydrology, Climatology, Oceanography, and Cryospheric Sciences area.

Prof. Tsuji will receive this award for the Seismology area.

The award ceremony will be held on July 13, 2019 at the XXVII General Assembly of IUGG in Montreal, Canada.
