On May 14, 2026, Mr. C. Ramkumar, Consul General of India in Fukuoka, visited I²CNER and the Hydrogen Institute for Sustainability (HYDROGENIUS), and met with the directors and associate directors of both institutes.
Following introductions to the two research institutes by Director Ishihara (I2CNER) and Associate Director Sasaki (HYDROGENIUS), the participants exchanged views on potential collaboration in the field of green energy and on promoting personnel exchange.
During the visit, the Consul General was guided through laboratories and research facilities within the I2CNER building.
