Professor Tatsumi Ishihara (Principal Investigator, Advanced Energy Conversion Systems Thrust) has received the 2026 Electrochemical Society of Japan Award (Takei Award) from the Electrochemical Society of Japan.

The award ceremony was held on March 18, 2026, at the 93rd ECSJ Annual Meeting of the Electrochemical Society of Japan at the Noda Campus of Tokyo University of Science, where Professor Ishihara also delivered an award lecture.
