About I²CNER
I²CNER, International Institute for Carbon-Neutral Energy Research, was
established in 2010 by
The World Premier Initiative International Research Center Initiative (WPI)
program
The World Premier International Research Center Initiative launched by
the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
I²CNER is one of the 9 WPI Research Centers all over Japan and its
biggest uniqueness is the "Fusion Research" driven by 9 different
