研究論文概要
Two-dimensional organization of water-soluble silica nanoparticles on an agarose hydrogel substrate surface and their gel-assisted transfer to solid substrates is described. Highly oriented pyrolytic graphite, mica, and polyethylenimine (PEI)-coated mica were used as solid substrates. The d. of nanoparticles on the gel surface was controlled by changing the concentration of the spreading solution, as shown by SEM. The transfer of the spread particles onto the solid surfaces was promoted by the agarose nanostructures acting as a “”mol. glue””. The stability of the transferred particles was enhanced by electrostatic attraction in the case of PEI-coated mica.
