Stability and efficiency enhancement of formamidinium (FA)-based perovskite solar cells

Investigation of compositional engineering strategies to obtain high efficiency stable pure FAPbI3 perovskite solar cells.

Investigate short-pulse and long-pulse laser properties in organic semiconductor materials.
Investigate laser properties in 2D-perovskite materials.

Research Methods and Facilities

Vacuum evaporation of organic, metals, and metal oxide materials

This is used to evaporate hole transport materials, electron transport material, metals to obtain thin films in solar cells and organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs).

Electron beam lithography

This is used to make fine structure in nm-µm scale. Specially it is used in laser technology to fabricate resonator structures.

Transient absorption measurement system

This is used to understand the parasitic losses in organic semiconductor laser materials.
