The electrical conductivity\u00a0measured on of BaZr1\u2212x\u2212yInxYyO3\u2212\u03b4 (x\u001e=\u001e 0, 0.1, 0.2 and y\u001e=\u001e 0, 0.1, 0.2) could be understood that yttrium doping causes high bulk conductivity\u00a0and indium doping leads to lowering activation energy of the grain boundary.
