Now that the COVID-19 situation has calmed down, the Matsumoto Laboratory held its first summer camp in six years.
This time, we visited the “Genkai House” in Munakata City, and students shared the four forces (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, material mechanics, and mechanical mechanics) that they learn in mechanical engineering, and each student gave a presentation. In the afternoon of the first day, we learned about fluid mechanics and mechanical mechanics.

↑Mr. Furukawa and Ms. Kai, second-year master’s students in charge of mechanical dynamics

In the evening, we had a BBQ. There is a beach next to Genkai’s house, and the sunset was very beautiful.

↑I was able to bring back my childhood by cutting water and stacking stones.

🌞The second morning started with radio exercises.🌞

On the second day, we learned about thermodynamics in the morning and refreshed ourselves by playing table tennis in the afternoon.

I was able to experience something out of the ordinary in nature for two days, and it became a good memory. 😀
