Aileen from University of California, Berkeley has been assigned to our laboratory, as an international student.

 My name is Aileen, and I am a third-year student at UC Berkeley studying Materials Science and Engineering. I am an exchange student with the PIRE program working on platinum-doped proton-conducting perovskite materials for two months at I2CNER. On the weekends, I enjoy traveling all over Japan and sampling the delicious cuisine here. A huge thank you to everyone at the Matsumoto Laboratory for being extremely welcoming and for this opportunity to collaborate and learn.
